Weinberg Wheeler Hudgins Gunn & Dial is pleased to welcome Partner William Sheppard and Associates Briana Burrows, Marriah Paige and Shanndor McClain to the firm’s growing Atlanta office. These additions complement the firm’s growth strategy to strengthen its services in a variety of practice areas in the Atlanta market.

William “Bill” Sheppard
Sheppard represents owners, contractors and subcontractors in litigated matters arising from construction projects in state and federal courts and before arbitration panels. He has negotiated hundreds of contracts relating to real estate development, including construction and design contracts using the AIA and ConsensusDocs suite of instruments. While Sheppard's primary focus is on construction, environmental, real estate and banking matters, he has broad experience in other areas of the law. He earned his undergraduate degree from Emory University and his law degree from Mercer University, Walter F. George School of Law.
Briana Burrows
Burrows advocates for national and international companies on matters related to complex civil litigation, catastrophic personal injury and wrongful death, and commercial disputes involving intellectual property and construction related issues. Burrows has a wealth of experience taking depositions, conducting mediations and compiling thorough legal research to analyze client needs and formulate effective resolutions on a case-by-case basis. She earned her undergraduate degree from the University of Georgia and her law degree from the University of Georgia School of Law.
Marriah Paige
Paige advises clients on matters related to wrongful death, personal injury premises liability, medical malpractice and civil rights violations. Prior to joining Weinberg Wheeler, Paige prosecuted and defended Fortune 500 companies, insurance companies, property management companies, health care providers, municipalities and individuals in a broad range of high-exposure and complex disputes in both Federal and State Courts. She has experience in all stages of the litigation process, including trial preparation, mediations, and taking and defending the depositions of expert witnesses, corporate representatives and fact witnesses. She earned her undergraduate degree from the University of Georgia and her law degree from the University of Tennessee College of Law.
Shanndor “Dora” McClain
McClain counsels clients on matters related to catastrophic personal injury, premises liability and products liability. Prior to joining Weinberg Wheeler, she served as prosecutor for the State Attorney in Jacksonville, Fla., logging more 300 hours of in court experience, including trials, hearings and general court appearances. McClain earned her undergraduate degree from the University of Tennessee and her law degree from the University of Tennessee College of Law.
