Veteran Technology Attorney Lori L. Wright Joins AGG

Arnall Golden Gregory (AGG) is pleased to announce that Lori L. Wrighthas joined the firm’s Atlanta office as a partner and chair of the Technology, Commercial Contracting & Strategic Sourcing practice.

Cohen, co-chair of the Corporate & Finance practice. “Lori’s leadership combined with her extensive experience representing buyers and sellers of technology bring a unique asset to our team and our clients, many of whom continue to navigate unprecedented technology-related issues caused by the pandemic.”
For nearly 15 years, Lori has represented emerging and established companies across numerous industries including banking, fintech, consumer products, retail, franchising, healthcare, manufacturing, real estate, telecommunications, information technology, and utilities/electrical power. Her practice includes representing domestic and international clients in transactions involving software development and licensing, digital transformation and complex global technology, and business process outsourcing. Lori is dedicated to the support of diversity and inclusion in the legal profession and serves as a mentor for young professionals to grow and achieve success.

Lori’s experience negotiating complex sourcing agreements, and renegotiating legacy or otherwise unfavorable technology transactions will allow our team to advise our clients’ on prevalent market conditions and best practices in the technology sector,” added Andrew J. Schutt, co-chair of the Corporate & Finance practice.

Lori received a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Tennessee and a Juris Doctor degree from Vanderbilt University. She is an active member of the Tech Association of Georgia (TAG) and Women in Technology (WIT).
