Monday, August 23rd, 2021

The Center for the Visually Impaired (CVI) is pleased to announce the addition of three new members to our governing board. Each of these board members brings to the CVI mission a passion for making a difference in the lives of individuals who are blind or visually impaired.

CVI welcomes the following individuals:

  • Brian R. Huband, community volunteer

  • Katherine Bailey Lynch, senior vice president, Development & Investment, Trammell Crow Company

  • Bob Pennington, regional director, Pendleton Square Trust Company

“I am grateful for the knowledge, energy and commitment that Brian, Katherine and Bob bring to our board,” said Lisa Kennedy, president of CVI. “Each of them offers an important perspective regarding the needs of people who are impacted by vision loss. This will be valuable as we develop a new strategic plan to help identify ways to expand and deepen the difference we make for the community.”
