Cushman & Wakefield Arranges More Than $200M in Financing on Behalf of CP Group (Formerly Crocker Partners) and Farallon Capital Management

Cushman & Wakefield announced today that the commercial real estate services firm has secured more than $200 million in acquisition financing on behalf of CP Group, formerly Crocker Partners, and Farallon Capital Management for One Overton Park and One and Two Ravinia in Atlanta.
Brian Linnihan, Mike Ryan, JP Cordeiro and Taylor Crowder of Cushman & Wakefield secured the floating rate loan through Blackstone.
“These high-quality assets attracted very competitive debt terms with substantial future funding that will allow the buyer to execute their business plans for the properties,” Linnihan said.
Located in Atlanta’s Cumberland and Central Perimeter office markets, the three Class A office buildings are 75% leased and total approximately 1.2 million square feet. The buyers plan to implement a capital improvement plan for the three buildings that will include interior renovations as well as outdoor enhancements.
