Lincoln Property Company Southeast Secures New Leases, Renewals at NorthWinds Office Park

Lincoln Property Company Southeast (Lincoln) has negotiated a new lease and several lease extensions and expansions at NorthWinds Office Park in Alpharetta, Georgia. Lincoln’s Hunter Henritze, Michael Howell, Caroline Fisher and Robert Degolian represented the landlord, The Brookdale Group.

Tensar Corporation renewed its lease for 25,700 square feet in Northwinds III. Sam Hollis and Ben Jackson with Cushman & Wakefield represented the tenant.

Toyota Motor Credit Corporation, a division of Toyota Financial Services, expanded its premises to occupy an additional 25,676 square feet in Northwinds V. JLL represented the tenant.

Pye Barker extended and expanded its lease, occupying a total of 8,795 square feet in Northwinds III. Ryan Irvine with CBRE represented the tenant.

Hailide America, Inc. signed a 3,136-square-foot-lease in Northwinds III. Bing Carter with Strategy RE International represented the tenant.

McClain & Merrit extended and expanded its lease to occupy a total of 3,763 square feet in Northwinds V. Jeff Richardson with CTR Partners represented the tenant.
