Cushman & Wakefield Arranges 468,000-SF Lease with Leading Third Party Logistics Provider at Union Grove Logistics Center

Cushman & Wakefield announced today that the commercial real estate services firm has arranged a 468,000-square-foot lease with at leading third party logistics provider at Union Grove Logistics Center, a 98-acre master planned park located at Interstate 75 and Union Grove Road in Calhoun, Georgia.
Pat Murphy, John Wilkinson, Tara Healy, Greg Dickerson, and Andrew Thurman of Cushman & Wakefield represented the developer, Developers of Calhoun LLC, in the lease negotiations. Chris Tomasulo and Ben Pridemore of JLL represented the tenant.
“As we are growing Union Grove Logistics Center, we are excited about securing our first tenant at our new building,” says Andrew Peykar, Principal of Developers of Calhoun LLC.
Fox Brindle Construction Co. broke ground on Phase 1 of the project in May 2021, which will feature a 720,000-square-foot cross-dock configuration building with 36’ clear heights, 252,000 square feet of which remains available. The project is slated for completion in March 2022.
“This area is proving to be an important hub for logistics providers in Northwest Georgia,” Murphy said.
