Cushman & Wakefield announced today that the commercial real estate services firm has hired Gilbert Valdez as Managing Director. He will join the Industrial team.

Prior to joining Cushman & Wakefield, Valdez was an Executive Vice President at JLL where he assisted industrial users and investors with the lease, purchase, and sale of real estate. Previously, he served in financial advisory roles with several private financial organizations.
