Vicki Lundy Wilbon has been named President of Real Estate of the Atlanta- based Integral real estate development and investment firm. A 26-year veteran, Lundy Wilbon’s rise reflects the consolidation of the company’s Community Development, Commercial Real Estate, and Property Management divisions under a single leader according to Egbert Perry, Chairman and CEO, Integral.

“Vicki’s leadership is critical to our continued success, and this announcement positions Lundy Wilbon to continue to have deep influence over our future,” said Perry. “Over the years, Integral has developed approximately 10,000 residential units, and currently has site control of more than 100 acres of prime urban land in urban markets across the country, while actively managing a development pipeline of over $2 Billion. Once the decision to consolidate operations was made by the executive team, the choice for leadership was obvious.”

With Lundy Wilbon’s appointment, Perry will focus more intently on diversifying Integral’s products and its geographical footprint, including strengthening the company’s international efforts.

“Integral is a thought leader and innovator. Our work has truly transformed lives and cities,” said Lundy Wilbon. “We will continue to be active nationally and internationally in the real estate marketplace, structuring housing and development solutions consistent with the company mission to Create Value in Cities and Rebuild the Fabric of Communities. It is an honor to lead the company in its continued pursuit of excellence in development and service to the community.”

Lundy Wilbon has worked extensively in the real estate development industry for more than 35 years. Through her experience in "place- making" and multi-phased redevelopments, she has managed every aspect of comprehensive development programs including master planning with community participation, managing public/private partnerships, inspiring creative design, and developing and implementing innovative financing structures.

“Vicki mastered the use and layering of federal, or other public funds, with private equity, conventional debt, and other funding sources,” said Valerie Edwards, Integral Partner and Chief Administrative Officer. “She has extensive expertise in structuring and implementing revitalization projects and her leadership will take our company to the next level.”

Lundy Wilbon added, “I love this company for all that it has done to introduce holistic community development and mixed income housing to much of the country. I look forward with enthusiasm, as I already have a deep and diverse team of proven real estate professionals to work with in my new role.”

Lundy Wilbon is an Integral Partner who joined the company in 1995. She previously served as Executive Vice President and President of the Community Development Division. In that capacity she was responsible for the day- to-day management of the firm's redevelopment initiatives, many executed through public/private partnerships.
