Cushman & Wakefield announced today that the commercial real estate services firm has arranged a 335,300-square-foot lease for SiteOne Landscape Supply at 700 Palmetto Logistics Parkway, located in Palmetto, Georgia.

Courtney Oldenburg, Gordon Benedict and Jeffrey Eisenhart of Cushman & Wakefield represented the tenant in the lease negotiations. Exel, Inc., is the landlord.

“After an extensive search throughout Atlanta, we were able to secure a long-term lease in a new cross-dock facility,” Benedict said. “The building’s modern features will enable SiteOne to optimize their supply chain and logistic network for years to come.”

The building is located with Palmetto Logistics Park, a 4 million-square-foot planned logistics park on 340 acres, and includes 36’ clear heights, ESFR sprinkler system, 61 dock doors, two drive-in doors and 100 trailer storage spaces.
