During the 2021 OBIE Awards – presented by the Sales and Marketing Council for the Greater Atlanta Home Builders Association at the Georgia Aquarium on October 16 – the Atlanta Division for David Weekley Homes was recognized with eleven honors. Among them was the prestigious Salesperson of the Year Award, which went to the division’s Kirk Ricketts. In keeping with David Weekley Homes’ commitment to providing a stellar homebuying experience, it was a fitting accolade for the person who boasts a 100% Customer Satisfaction Survey Score and the highest referral rate among homebuyers in his division.
