The Forsyth County Chamber of Commerce has announced an executive search for a Director of Finance & Operations for the $3.0 million business organization. The Chason Group has been retained to lead the process.

The Director of Finance & Operations is responsible for the fiscal and operation efficiency of the Forsyth County Chamber. The main duties include effective financial management; talent recruitment; and workplace operations.

James McCoy, who is in his 16th year as president and chief executive officer of the organization, is seeking professional candidates with strong backgrounds in accounting and record keeping best practices; excellent communication skills in terms of verbal, written, listening and digital means; and has experience in building strong, viable work teams to accomplish strategic goals.
