Windham Brannon Launches Healthcare Advisory Chargemaster Review Offering
Tuesday, November 30th, 2021
As the chargemaster links to, and affects, a variety of feeder systems within a hospital, like clinical systems, order-entry, electronic health records and even material management systems, it should remain top of mind for hospital executives. But because the chargemaster touches so many aspects of hospital finances, it can easily become a sore spot for lost revenue within the revenue cycle. Chargemaster expertise is hard to find, and then easily lost in the daily shuffle causing lost revenue, serious regulatory fines like being removed from the Medicare program.
Windham Brannon’s healthcare consulting team brings years of deep industry experience with chargemasters as well as the revenue cycle. As part of revenue cycle optimization services, the team:
-
Conducts Chargemaster reviews
-
Executes Chargemaster Consolidations/Standardizations
-
Creates Chargemaster Builds and Implementation for system conversions
-
Conducts Charge Capture Claim Reviews
Chargemaster management is a service offering at Windham Brannon, a healthcare advisory, consulting, tax and assurance firm.
