Atlanta Children's Shelter to Host Holiday House This Week

Tuesday, December 7th, 2021

The holidays for children and families facing homelessness can be challenging, but thanks to partnering corporations, community groups, and individuals, the Atlanta Children's Shelter (ACS) is sharing the spirit of the season with those in need. ACS will host its annual Holiday House next week, December 6-10, in the auditorium of North Avenue Presbyterian Church. ACS will help 100 families and nearly 250 children have a brighter Christmas!

"We are humbled and grateful to the ACS community for supporting Holiday House this year," says Sandra Holiday, Executive Director. "Over 150 supporters have hosted toy drives and adopted families, and over 100 people are volunteering their time during Holiday House. Their love and kindness this holiday season will help families living in poverty experience the joy they deserve."

Thank you to ACS Holiday House sponsors who make this event possible. Thank you to our Winter Wonderland Sponsor, KBP Foods; our Silent Night Sponsors, ParkMobile, Gresham Smith, and Morris, Manning & Martin; our Santa's Workshop Sponsors, Schulten, Ward, Turner & Weiss, Shift Atlanta, AAA, and Chevron; our Silver Bells Sponsors, LeasePlan, The Brockway Group; and our Gingerbread Sponsors, Schneider and Delta Community Credit Union.
