Lincoln Property Company Southeast (Lincoln) has been selected to manage the 16,000-square-foot, street-level retail component of The Hamilton, an upscale, boutique hotel located in the heart of downtown Alpharetta, Georgia. Senior Vice President Shane Froman, Senior Portfolio Manager Retail Lead John Grozine and Senior Property Manager Naomi Rizzo will oversee the assignment on behalf of the owners, Mayfair Street Partners. 

\The 119-key hotel and retail development sits across from Alpharetta City Center at the intersection of Milton Avenue and Old Canton Street in historic downtown Alpharetta. The retail component includes five spaces, totaling 16,000 square feet. Current tenants include 1858 Public House, a bar and restaurant offering Southern cuisine; sushi restaurant Makimono Sushi; and Roaring Social, a 1920s-themed speakeasy offering live music, eight bowling lanes, delicious bites and specialty cocktails. There are two additional spaces available for lease ranging in size from 3,139 square feet to 5,784 square feet. The hotel, part of the Curio Collection by Hilton, officially opened its doors in August 2021.

\Earlier this year, Mayfair Street Partners also selected Lincoln to handle the management assignment for The Maxwell, a mixed-use development comprising 40,000 square feet of retail, restaurant and office space and 138 luxury residential units. The development, also located in downtown Alpharetta, features a variety of rooftop decks and outdoor spaces for visitors.
