Shaq’s New Ponce De Leon Krispy Kreme To Cost $1.4 MM

The doughnut shop, at 295 Ponce De Leon Ave NE, in mid-December submitted a building permit application to the City of Atlanta to build the new 4,035 square-foot Krispy Kreme from the ground up.
Construction is estimated at $1,400,000, according to the filing, which includes a drive-thru and a dining area of 22 seats as well as a new dumpster enclosure and site lighting.
