Compass Real Estate Expands Leadership in Atlanta

Compass Real Estate, the modern real estate platform committed to using technology to bring success to its clients and agents, welcomes Ennis Antoine as the managing broker and sales manager overseeing more than 250 agents across the Atlanta metro area. Ennis will provide support to increase the brokerage’s market share across Atlanta and elevate the performance of its local agents.

Prior to joining Compass, Ennis Antoine served as the Senior Vice President of Training and Careers at Berkshire Hathaway Home Services Georgia. With more than 35 years of experience in sales training and career development, Ennis has excelled at coaching agents throughout their careers and leading pre-license and post-license courses across the state of Georgia. Ennis’ passion for educational excellence will play a crucial role in taking Compass Atlanta’s agents to a new level of achievement in 2022 and beyond.

A graduate of the National Association of Realtors Leadership Academy, Antoine's comprehensive list of achievements is extensive. He has served in numerous leadership roles within the Georgia Association of REALTORS®, National Association of REALTORS® (NAR) and previously served as president of the Atlanta Board of Realtors. Currently, he serves as the 2022 Chair of the NAR Federal Legislative and Political Forum, and was recently inducted into the NAR REALTORS Political Action Committee Hall of Fame. Ennis is an active member of the Atlanta community, having participated in more than 30 builds for Habitat for Humanity as well as involvement with Atlanta Community Food Bank and 100 Black Men.
