Prairie Capital Advisors, Inc., a leading corporate advisory and investment banking firm, is pleased to announce it has hired Himanshu Chaudhry as Vice President. Mr. Chaudhry will be part of the Atlanta, Georgia office and will focus on employee stock ownership plan and general business valuations, fairness opinions and other financial advisory services.

Mr. Chaudhry is a highly skilled corporate finance professional specializing in the valuation of businesses, business interests and tangible and intangible assets for purposes of mergers and acquisitions, employee stock ownership plans and other corporate finance purposes.

Mr. Chaudhry earned an MBA in Finance from ICFAI Gurgaon, India, as well as a Bachelor of Commerce degree from Kurukshetra University, India. He is also a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) Charterholder.
