RAM Partners New Brand Positioning Underscores Commitment to People, Approach & Partnership

RAM Partners, an award-winning full-service real estate management company, today announced new brand positioning, including a new vision — “Built by Passion. Powered by People” — and a new corporate website. The positioning reinforces the company’s commitment to the three pillars of People, Approach and Partnership.

We are one of the largest apartment managers in the country and have won countless accolades, but we feel like we are one of those “best-kept secrets” companies. We want this brand refresh and our new website to introduce our people, our culture and our values to a wider audience,” said Bill Leseman, Chairman/ President, RAM Partners.

RAM Partners also unveiled a reimagined and re-designed website to better tell the stories of its people and its successful partnerships. This new website offers an updated community search tool, live social feeds and a reimagined approach to providing information to the three groups of people we serve — clients, employees and residents.

RAM also had the highest percentage of communities in the research firm’s Elite 1% — the top 1% of the nation’s apartment communities for online reputation. In March, RAM earned the top spot in Chatmeter’s Top Ten Multi-Family Brands for Online Reputation.
