Cushman & Wakefield Selected to Arrange Sale of Highlands Community Mixed-Use Development

Cushman & Wakefield announced that the commercial real estate services firm has been selected to arrange the sale of 14 parcels of land that make up the Highlands Community mixed-use development in Cartersville, Georgia.
Cushman & Wakefield’s Peter Glover and Dean McNaughton are representing the developer, JB Henderson Properties, Inc. in marketing of the parcels.

The Highlands Community mixed-use development is conveniently located on Highway 20 and 411 and offers excellent access to the Piedmont Cartersville Medical Center, Georgia Highlands College, Clarence Brown Conference Center, the new Savoy Automotive Museum and Downtown Cartersville.
To-date, Cushman & Wakefield has arranged the sale of six of the available parcels of land. Plans for those parcels include a 240-unit apartment community, car wash, liquor store, dentist office, The Varsity restaurant, and a business park with flex office space. The remaining parcels are intended for retail use and range anywhere from under an acre to 10 acres in size.
