Explore the Lasting Impact of Design AT Design ADAC 2022
Monday, March 14th, 2022
Good design is timeless and everlasting and our connection to it is often felt through moments, people, places, and events. Many times, these memories turn great home furnishings, filled with rich history, into family heirlooms that are passed down for years to come. Now, interior designers and design enthusiasts are weaving together generations of style when creating today's modern sanctuaries. Join ADAC this April 26-28, as it sets the spring stage, for a full in-person event, to explore the lasting impact of design over generations at DESIGN ADAC.
"Giving life to traditional statement pieces and styling them with modern classics while still being thoughtful about sourcing and sustainability is not a trend, it's a design philosophy," said ADAC General Manager Katie Miner. "At DESIGN ADAC, we're excited to dive deeper into the stories that shape the design, the origin of these treasures, the materials used, and the craftsmanship behind the work. This year is also special as we will be recognizing major anniversaries for PINDLER, Century Furniture and VERANDA, and what better way to do that than in person, together at market."
Grab a front-row seat and get back to design with three days of programming spanning keynote presentations, salon-style talks, book signings, product launches, milestone anniversaries, tours and more! It's time to celebrate the moments, people and places that connect us to good design!
"This spring, VERANDA will celebrate 35 years with Self Portraits in Design, an issue that will mark the beginning of an exciting new era for the magazine, and I can think of no more fitting setting to unveil this special anniversary issue than Design ADAC," added Ellen McGauley, VERANDA Executive Editor. "Not only was VERANDA born in Atlanta, the design community at ADAC is as rich, resilient, and visionary as the ideals upon which our magazine was founded."
Below is a snapshot of some of the incredible keynote presentations and after-parties to expect at this year's spring market:
