It's Time to Depart From the Ordinary + Take A Leave of Absence Slater Hospitality's Dine, Swim, Escape Experience, Rooftop L.O.A., Opens This April

Inspired by the lavish resort locations of Mykonos, Monaco and the Amalfi coast, Slater Hospitality’s 21+ rooftop experience, L.O.A., is set to be Atlanta’s 38,000-square-foot retreat to the extraordinary. Currently under the final phase of construction, the world-class escape will be the first of its kind for the Peach State and is slated to open early this spring in West Midtown, at the top of The Interlock. Rooftop L.O.A. invites guests to detach from the day-to-day and experience three distinct offerings all on one rooftop – Restaurant, Pool, and Grove.

“Rooftop L.O.A. is a dream come true for our team as it is like nothing Atlanta has ever seen before,” said Slater Hospitality Founder + CCO, Mandy Slater. “We can’t wait to deliver this to our hometown to experience!” 

Whether it is indulging in L.O.A.’s signature 8,000-square-foot coastal-European full-service Restaurant or taking a dip in the 1,200-square-foot resort-style Pool, complete with an indoor pool bar and lounge with showers and locker room, or sipping and socializing in L.O.A.’s extravagant outdoor gardenesque gathering Grove, Rooftop L.O.A. is Atlanta’s invitation to rise to the occasion and escape, unwind and revel in it all. Reservations for all will be highly encouraged.

Designed by ASD|SKY, the rooftop’s bold architectural forms, shaded arcades, intimate spaces, and lush landscaping create an immersive experience defying the norms of luxury with everything from Monaco’s cabana-striped pool clubs to the magical lushly landscaped garden lounges of Mykonos.

“Rooftop L.O.A. is about to disrupt the rooftop industry,” added ASD|SKY Associate Micah Hall. “With luxurious interiors, concept curated art and décor and a simple yet modern architectural aesthetic, L.O.A. will transport guests to the Mediterranean.” 

If that's not enough, take in the picturesque skyline views and host up to 150 guests in L.O.A.’s spacious event pavilion adjacent to the Grove or inquire about the Restaurant’s private dining room and chef’s table as well as the private cabanas at the Pool for more intimate gatherings.

As with any offering at this level, building a team to execute an experience like Rooftop L.O.A. is a pivotal step in delivering and achieving the intended vision and the owners/operators at Slater Hospitality (Rooftop at Ponce City Market and 219+222 Mitchell/South Downtown expected in late 2022 + 2023) know how to do just that.
