CBRE announced the $7.2 million sale of 6025 Professional Parkway, a three-story medical office building in Douglasville, Georgia. Lee Asher, Chris Bodnar, Jordan Selbiger, Ryan Lindsley, Sabrina Solomiany, Zack Holderman and Jesse Greshin with CBRE U.S. Healthcare and Life Sciences Capital Markets represented the seller, Georgia-based Valsad Properties. The buyer was not disclosed.

This 21,535-sq.-ft. building is located on the campus of Wellstar Douglas Hospital, a 102-bed acute care facility just 20 miles west of downtown Atlanta. It is 97 percent leased to six diverse and synergistic clinical tenants.

Village Medical, a national healthcare provider with over 200 locations, anchors the building, comprising approximately 41 percent of the rentable area for a primary care practice with five providers. Other specialties offered at the property include diagnostic imaging, orthopedics, pulmonology, nephrology and sleep medicine.
