Cushman & Wakefield Arranges Industrial Lease Totaling 909,509 SF at Gillem Logistics Center

Cushman & Wakefield announced today that the commercial real estate services firm has arranged a new long-term lease totaling 909,509 square feet (sf) at Gillem Logistics Center, an industrial park located in Forest Park, Georgia. The new lease is with Spreetail, an e-commerce fulfillment company.
Cushman & Wakefield represented both the landlord and tenant in the lease negotiations. The landlord, TA Realty, was represented by Ray Stache, Pat Murphy, Ryan Bellows and Andrew Thurman. Adam Campbell and Lisa Pittman represented Spreetail.

Totaling 1,168 acres, Gillem Logistics Center is tailored to e-commerce and distribution companies. The industrial park also offers an unrivaled location with a mix of more than 30 restaurants, shops, and service-oriented establishments nearby along with easy access to nearly all the area’s major transportation thoroughfares including Interstate 675, Interstate 285, Hartsfield Jackson International Airport, and Downtown Atlanta.
Spreetail will occupy Building 1100 within the industrial park, which is currently under construction and set to deliver in the second quarter of 2022. The building will be located at 200 Metcalf Rd. Extension and will be one of the largest and newest facilities within Gillem Logistics Center.
