Foxhall Resort is offering a traditional Easter Sunday Brunch menu on Sun. Apr. 17, from 8 a.m. to 2 p.m.

Pheasant Blue, Foxhall’s southern-flair restaurant, will serve classic brunch fare, priced at $49 for adults and $21 for children.

The offerings will include freshly baked pastries, staples of bacon, breakfast potatoes and French toast. The restaurant also will have a chef’s carving station featuring prime rib with au-jus and slow-roasted turkey and cranberry sauce. Finally, with the Cajun-seared grouper paired with broccolini and parmesan risotto, everyone can find a favorite.

Diners can enjoy egg-stravagant options like southern-style brisket eggs benedict from the omelet station, with omelets prepared to guests liking. To top off the celebration, families can enjoy the special Foxhall Carnegie Deli cheesecake or Tiramisu for dessert. It’s the perfect end to a hopping good weekend for families looking to enjoy a scenic weekend in the Georgia countryside.
