"Core to our School's mission is educating and enabling leaders who will make a difference in the world," says Ed Shartar, vice president, Social Enterprise Initiatives of HBSCA. "We are honored and proud to support these incredible individuals who are making a positive impact on our community."

This year's scholarship recipients will attend one of two courses offered by the School, Driving Nonprofit Performance and Innovation (DPNI) or Strategic Perspectives in Nonprofit Management (SPNM). DPNI and SPNM provide leaders with tools to improve the effectiveness of their organizations by building an understanding of and applying core management concepts essential to leading a nonprofit organization. Delta Air Lines has been a long-term partner of the Club in the Scholarship program, providing round-trip airfare from Atlanta to Boston for scholarship recipients.

To apply for the SEI scholarships, applicants were asked a range of questions about their organization, as well as personal and professional experiences. Applications were evaluated based on the organization's impact on the community, the opportunities and challenges that the program will help address, and the commitment to take advantage of the experience offered at Harvard.

HBSCA will begin accepting 2023 SEI Scholarship applications in December 2022. For additional information about Harvard Business School Club of Atlanta, visit www.hbs-atlanta.org.
