Lincoln Property Company Southeast (Lincoln) has secured a full-building, 288,477-square-foot lease at Rockdale 20 Distribution Center in Conyers, Georgia. Lincoln Senior Vice President Denton Shamburger and leasing associates Turner Fortin and Colin Beecham represented the owner, Hillwood, in the deal, which was secured before delivery of the building in Q4 2021.

Kenco Group, the largest woman-owned, third-party logistics company in the United States, will occupy the building located off I-20 in Rockdale County. Based in Chattanooga, Tennessee, Kenco Group
provides integrated logistics solutions including distribution and e-commerce fulfillment, comprehensive transportation management services, material handling equipment services and engineering innovation consulting.
