The Works is embracing the warmer weather with a calendar full of community events throughout April. From live music to comedy under the stars to Easter festivities and more, there is something for everyone to enjoy at the Upper Westside’s largest mixed-use gathering place.

Movie Night at The Camp: E.T. the Extra-Terrestrial
Friday, April 1 at 7 p.m.
Grab your cozy blankets or chairs and head over to The Camp for a special showing of the classic film, “E.T. The Extra-Terrestrial.” Dr. Scofflaw Brewing’s mobile bar will have adult beverages available for purchase and Cosmic Candy will be on site to help you stock up on your favorite movie candy and drinks. Atlanta Axe Throwing Tournament

Test your skills at the Atlanta Axe Throwing Tournament at
American Axes! Participate in the tournament or simply join in on cheering with the crowd. This a double elimination bracket style tournament with cash prizes for 1st place, 2nd place and for the best trick shot. Hop on over to The Makers Building at The Works for a fun-filled day fit for all ages! Explore more than 27-acres of the Upper Westside’s newest development along with a variety of kid-friendly activities, photo opportunities, live music and a Golden Egg Hunt. Tickets are $10 for children 12 and under. Adults do not need a ticket and there is a limited number of tickets available. Hoppy Easter Family Fun Events:
11 a.m. - 2 p.m. - Children ages 12 and under Easter egg hunt
3 - 5 p.m. - Visit the
Fox Bros Bar-B-Q to-go window for a special frozen Easter drink for kids and alcohol beverage for adults. Each drink comes with a special egg that may include a surprise!
6 - 8 p.m. - Visit Chattahoochee Food Works for a pre-Glow Hunt drink special.
Hoppy Easter: Grown-Up Glow Hunt
Saturday, April 16 at 8:30 p.m.
The popular Grown-Up Glow Hunt is back! Starting at 8:30 p.m., you will be able to take part in a hunt for 1,000 glowing eggs along the Spur, many filled with surprise gift cards and merchandise from tenants at The Works. One lucky egg hunter will win a $250 Visa gift card. The only catch, bags and baskets are not permitted, so grab all the eggs you can carry with your hands. Be sure to grab a pre-hunt drink from the Center Bar at Chattahoochee Food Works, and enjoy playful tunes spun by DJ Steve. Check-in for the Grown-Up Glow Hunt begins at 6 p.m. in The Workshop. Upper Westside Ale Trail

This is the perfect tour for beer enthusiasts! Come out for the first brewery tour of Atlanta’s Upper Westside, which starts at The Works and the fun continues on the Atlanta Beer Bus with stops at Atlanta Brewing, Bold Monk, Dr. Scofflaw’s, Fire Maker, Monday Night, Round Trip, Second Self, Steady Hand and Urban Tree Cidery.
