Brand Properties, LLC, Highwoods Properties, Inc. and Batson-Cook Development Co. have formed a joint venture partnership to develop 2827 Peachtree, a 135,000 square foot Class ‘A’ boutique office building in Atlanta, Georgia.   

The project will be on the iconic Peachtree Road in Buckhead, Atlanta’s premier sub-market, home to some of the finest restaurants and shopping in the Southeastern United States. The building will have more than 11,000 square feet of ground-level retail. It is 62% pre-leased.

With a best-in-class design, the project will include large, elevated patios with WiFi access and private balconies for select offices. The main entrance features a soaring archway with a valet drop-off.

Amenities include a fitness center, a boardroom available to all tenants and efficient operating systems. Tenants and visitors will have direct, covered access to the office building from all parking levels. 

Atlas Collaborative is the lead architect. Planners and Engineers Collaborative is the civil engineer. Batson-Cook Construction is the general contractor. Construction of 2827 Peachtree is expected to begin in the first quarter of 2022, with a scheduled completion date in the third quarter of 2023.
