Cushman & Wakefield announced today that the commercial real estate services firm has arranged two leases at 1801 Peachtree, a 55,000-square-foot (sf) medical office building located in the Lower Buckhead submarket. The two new leases include a 7,003-sf lease with Thread Fertility Clinic and 1,202-sf lease with Jeremy Salzman, LLC.

George Olmstead of Cushman & Wakefield represented the landlord, The Loudermilk Companies, in the negotiations for both leases. Olmstead has also been overseeing leasing efforts on behalf of The Loudermilk Companies since August 2021 for this newly acquired asset.

“The Loudermilk Companies has established itself as a prime owner of medical office space and continues to build on their success with this property,” said Olmstead, Managing Director at Cushman & Wakefield. “1801 Peachtree offers medical tenants a strategic location with a rental rate much more competitively priced versus other near-by medical space options.”
