Kolter Urban Announces Sale Surge at The Dillon
Friday, June 3rd, 2022
Kolter Urban reports a staggering $58 million in sales reservations since announcing its newest condo project in Buckhead, The Dillon. Sales surged after the Palm Beach County, Florida-based real estate development and investment firm launched its temporary sales center barely a month ago.
Kolter Urban’s sales team says most buyers are downsizing from single-family homes and are drawn to the unbeatable location, sleek design and highly appointed features and amenities of The Dillon.
“These are among the strongest sales we’ve seen of any community we’ve ever sold,” said Anne Schwall, Senior Vice President of Developer Services for Atlanta Fine Homes Sotheby's International Realty, who is leading The Dillon’s sales and marketing. “Buckhead remains a strong draw for home buyers and Kolter Urban’s attention to detail and design are making these beautiful homes a magnet for buyers.”
With this success, Kolter Urban has accelerated plans for a preservation effort on the historic Book Bindery building, located at 2395 Peachtree Road. This will become the home for the sales team, and it should be open by this July when Kolter Urban also will break ground on The Dillon.
With 144 homes over 18 stories, the luxury lifestyle condominiums are just steps from the Peachtree Battle Promenade. The Dillon will offer stunning panoramic views in every direction. Floorplans include one-, two- and three-bedroom homes, plus a penthouse level and three sub-penthouse estate levels. Residences range from 1,500 to 3,800 square feet, with the bulk of the residential offering being two-bedroom homes with dens ranging in size from 1,500 to 2,000 square feet. All homes boast a private terrace, up to 12 feet deep.
Residences start from $800s and penthouses are from $2 million.
“We’re thrilled with the initial sales surge at The Dillon,” said Bobby Julien, chief executive officer of the Kolter Group. “Buckhead has been a great location for us and we look forward to seeing demand grow for these homes.”
