Parkland Communities announces it recently received approval for three Gwinnett County zonings. These developments are situated in sought-after locations and represent much-needed missing middle housing in a growing county. A total of 214 homes are approved across three communities – 67 stacked townhomes in Lawrenceville, 101 single-family homes in Grayson and 46 traditional townhomes in Lawrenceville.

Sugarloaf Crest is a build-to-rent community located in Lawrenceville on Sugarloaf Parkway across the street from Sugarloaf Landing, another successful stacked townhome community by Parkland Residential. Sugarloaf Crest will feature 67 rear-entry stacked townhomes with one-car garages and two or three bedrooms.

This community is located next to Cedar Hill Elementary and Richards Middle. The spacious, open floor plans feature two and three bedrooms with sizable kitchens that flow into oversized family rooms with covered outdoor living spaces, perfect for families and entertaining guests.

Rainwater Park is a build-to-rent community featuring 46 traditional townhomes on Cruse Road in the Lawrenceville area. The townhomes feature three and four bedrooms with wide-open floor plans having 1,700 square feet of living space and two car garages.
