Alliance Residential Company, one of the largest multifamily developers in the nation, has closed on 50 acres of land located at 100 Overlook Parkway for the development of Prose Cartersville. The 336-unit apartment community is scheduled to welcome its first residents in Q3 2022. The community is the second Prose development Alliance has debuted in the North Atlanta suburbs, with a focus on providing attainable apartment homes near high growth employment corridors. 

Cartersville, one of the fastest-growing suburbs in the Atlanta area, is home to major employers including Shaw Industries Group, Toyo Tires and Anheuser-Busch. Additionally, Cartersville is slated to add thousands of new jobs and more than $500 million in new capital investment in the next few years. Located on the I-75 corridor just 43 miles from Atlanta and 80 miles from Chattanooga, the community is within convenient driving distance to lifestyle centers, shopping, healthcare, schools, and outdoor recreation.

The 336-unit Prose Cartersville is designed with one- and two-bedroom apartment home options averaging 987 square feet. Each unit will feature custom white shaker cabinets, granite countertops, a dining-sized entertainment kitchen island, kitchen and linen pantries, stainless steel appliances, chrome plumbing fixtures, wood plank-style flooring throughout, walk-in closets in all bedrooms, and side-by-side Samsung washers and dryers.  

Community amenities will include a resort-style pool with sun shelf seating area, a clubhouse with catering kitchen and entertainment lounge, fitness center, co-working spaces, a spacious pet park, 24/7 LuxorOne package concierge system and ample parking.   

Alliance Residential Company has been rapidly expanding their Prose branded communities in Georgia. Currently, the company has three Prose-branded developments in lease-up or under construction in and around the Atlanta area as well as several scheduled to break ground in the coming year.
