Metro Atlanta's Edge Agency Honored with an International Communicator Award

On the heels of being recognized with a local “Best Of Gwinnett” business award and realizing the biggest revenue-generating months in the history of the company, Metro Atlanta-based The Edge Agency is proud to mark another major milestone. Having recently released its first e-book – penned by company founders, Alex Radford and Lauren Tatum – the women-owned, omni-channel branding firm has landed a 2022 Award of Excellence from the Academy of Interactive & Visual Arts’ (AIVA) Communicator Awards. Titled Unconventional Entrepreneurship, the e-book was the focus of the branded content category in the leading creative awards program honoring the excellence of marketing and communications professionals around the globe.

The 28th Annual Communicator Awards received over 4,000 entries from ad agencies, digital agencies, production firms,

in-house creative professionals, graphic designers, design firms, and public relations firms. Winners are hand-selected by the AIVA, an invitation-only group consisting of top-tier professionals from acclaimed media, communications, advertising, creative and marketing firms. AIVA members include executives from organizations like Amazon, Conde Nast, Disney, ESPN, GE Digital, IBM, Nextdoor, Spotify, Time, Inc., the Wall Street Journal/Dow Jones, and Wired, among others. Nominees are judged on the quality of their creative work and scored on a 100-point scale. Recipients of the Excellence distinction have achieved a score of 90 or above.
