Morrison Names Chuck Carrier Chief Creative Officer
Wednesday, July 20th, 2022
Carrier, who was selected after an extensive national search, brings Morrison impressive creative capabilities and big brand experience. In his previous role, Carrier oversaw creative work for Cancer Treatment Centers of America, Home Depot, and Southern Company, among others. He’s also worked on formidable national brands such as BMW, Church's Chicken, Arby's, Carvel Ice Cream, and the University of Florida. Prior to his advertising career, Carrier worked as a singer/songwriter, recording and touring himself while also writing for other artists.
“We are thrilled to welcome Chuck to the agency. From our first meeting, we knew he had the IT factor we were seeking. We wanted a creative leader to come in and push us all in new and exciting ways but to do so with a very collaborative approach,” said President and COO, Amanda Forgione. “Chuck’s background was particularly attractive to us because we believe songwriters and creative directors both have the uncanny ability to trigger a profound feeling with short prose or even a single sound. And, emotion drives great advertising. We know Chuck is going to do big things here.” Carrier’s role represents the first of many exciting updates to come for Morrison as the agency celebrated 36 years of independence this month.
