CBRE today announced that Beazer Homes USA, Inc. (NYSE: BZH), one of the nation's top homebuilders, has relocated its headquarters within Atlanta to Perimeter Summit. The company leased 26,062 sq. ft. on the 15^th floor of 2002 Summit Blvd. 

Located in the heart of Atlanta’s Central Perimeter, the city’s largest office submarket, Perimeter Summit includes 1.7 million sq. ft. of office space spread across four buildings, set upon a lush 83-acre campus. The company’s new lease will commence on April 1, 2023. 

Beazer Homes is the second Fortune 1000 company to sign a new lease at Perimeter Summit this year and the second company to relocate there from a competitive property within Atlanta’s Central Perimeter submarket. Sabrina Gibson with CBRE in Atlanta represented the landlord, State Street Global Advisors, in both deals. Travis Jackson of Cushman & Wakefield represented Beazer Homes.
