Cushman & Wakefield announced today that the commercial real estate services firm has arranged a new 51,042-square-foot (sf) lease at Northcreek Office Park for Cleveland Electric Company. The company will occupy three floors (1-600, 1-700, and 1-800) in Building 100 within Northcreek Office Park.

Cushman & Wakefield’s Aileen Almassy and Melanie Garlock represented the building ownership, which includes Regent Partners, in the lease negotiations. McWhirter Realty Partners’ Dan Buyers and Peyton McWhirter represented the tenant, Cleveland Electric Company.

“Since 1925 Cleveland Electric has been in Atlanta and recognized the value that the community Northcreek Office Park provides,” said Almassy, Executive Director at Cushman & Wakefield. “The office park is tucked away within the Buckhead submarket, but at the same time offers close proximity to the activity and amenities within Atlanta’s urban core.”

Located at 3715 Northside Pkwy NW, Northcreek Office Park consists of four Class A buildings totaling 537,000 sf. The office park offers tenants efficient floor plates for a variety of uses, free parking, a fitness center, conference facility, outdoor courtyard and meeting space including greenspace that delivers a lush and wooded setting, and a café. In summer 2023, a new 10,400-sf boutique retail development project named Northcreek Retail will open within the office park and feature four retailers, including Little Rey, The Daily Coffee Shop, and Pace Fitness. The retailers will share an outdoor green space and their addition will further enhance the offerings available to Northcreek Office Park’s tenants and the surrounding community.

Cleveland Electric Company will join as the newest tenant of Northcreek Office Park’s Building 100 and is relocating from another building that they owned in Atlanta. As part of their newly occupied office space, the company will be building a creative outdoor patio space for its employees.

“We have been in our current office building since approximately 1968 and it was time for a move. We searched dozens of properties around Atlanta and found that Northcreek provided exactly what we were looking for in architecture, space availability, and value to provide our administrative employees with an exciting new place to work,” said Ken Harbour, President of Cleveland Electric Company.
