New Virtual Reality Technology Available at NatureWalk at Seven Hills - Artisan Built Communities/Dallas, Georgia

Artisan Built Communities is pleased to offer potential home buyers the opportunity to tour every floor plan in its plan library thanks to the use of virtual reality technology. Available at the Model Park at NatureWalk at Seven Hills, the virtual reality tours can be taken seven days a week during the Model Park’s normal operating hours.
“We are excited to offer this new technology to help our home buyers find the plan that is perfect for their lifestyle,” Artisan Built Communities President Stephen Haines said. “The ability to virtually walk through a floor plan is considerably more helpful than viewing a flat drawing or even taking a Matterport tour online. As our plan library continues to grow, this technology will allow buyers to simulate walking through each plan, giving them the opportunity to feel the size and scope of the home.
“We’ve also staged the plans, giving buyers a better understanding of how each home lives.”
Model Park visitors can tour home plans that are currently unavailable as traditional model homes by wearing VR headsets. These headsets provide an immersive experience, allowing potential home buyers the opportunity to feel as if they’re walking through a fully constructed home without the home having to be built.
The virtual tours are facilitated using Matterport tours that are made 3-D thanks to the use of virtual reality.
Currently, Artisan Built Communities have four model homes constructed for buyers to tour. The Model Park at NatureWalk at Seven Hills features the Rabun, Savannah and Dalton home plans. The Braselton plan is featured as the model home at Heritage Pointe, the active adult section at The Georgian.
In addition to these four plans, Artisan Built Communities has seven more home plans that until now were only available to tour via computer screen.
