Altimese Dees, the Principal Broker and Founder of the Atlanta- based Real Estate Gallery of Georgia, will participate in the 2022 Regional Leadership Institute (RLI), according to the Atlanta Regional Commission.

RLI participants are selected based on their commitment to making positive community and regional change, their history of civic engagement, and potential for leadership and regional influence.

"The Regional Leadership Institute selection process is very competitive, and I am deeply honored to have been selected," said Dees. "Their well-deserved reputation as an incubator for regional leaders is an opportunity for me to enhance my ability to grow, learn and lead."

The 2022 RLI class consists of 54 existing and emerging leaders in the 11-county Atlanta region. Ms. Dees will join regional elected officials, government directors, nonprofit CEOs, police chiefs, and other critical leaders in an intensive week-long leadership development program exploring key regional issues.

"The 2022 RLI class brings together a dynamic and diverse group of metro Atlanta leaders to explore our regional challenges and tackle them head-on," said Anna Roach, ARC Executive Director. "This year's class will delve into topics including housing affordability, transit and transportation planning and recovery, workforce development, and investments in the region's future."
