Heritage Southeast Bank announced David Curry has joined Heritage Bank as Business Development Officer. He will be responsible for overseeing strategy and execution of new business development and will be based at the bank’s office in McDonough.

For more than 20 years, Curry has led dynamic organizations in both the public and private sectors. Prior to joining the bank, he served as State Revenue Commissioner for Georgia and as the Henry County Tax Commissioner before that.

“We are excited to have David join our team,” said David Crow, South Metro Region President of Heritage Bank. “David is a proven leader who brings strong knowledge of the local community and relationships with business leaders that will serve him well in his role as Business Development Officer.”

Curry holds an Executive Master of Business Administration degree from Georgia State University and a Bachelor of Applied Science degree in Organizational Leadership from Mercer University.
