Windham Brannon Promotes Five New Principals

Windham Brannon announces the promotion of five leaders to principal and an additional five promoted to senior manager.

“This time of year is special for our firm, when we get together and name the newest promotions and recognize their hard work. Seeing promotees accept their new roles is truly like a graduation ceremony. We see the potential that these new firm leaders will bring to the firm in helping us grow,” CEO & Managing Partner Heidi LaMarca said.

Newly named are tax principals Micah Greenberger and Gary Gruner; assurance principals Brooke Hodge and Bobby Vercoe. Matt Stelzman was promoted from business valuation director to principal.

Greenberger and Gruner specialize in commercial real estate tax. Gruner also has a niche specialty in opportunity zone tax planning and co-led the firm’s consulting efforts for COVID-19 PPP relief.

Hodge specializes in ESOP, construction and employee benefit plan audits while Vercoe specializes in audits for construction, manufacturing and distribution, healthcare, not-for-profits and employee benefit plans.

Stelzman specializes in forensic and litigation services, providing and testifying on valuations for marital dissolution purposes, lost earnings and lost profit calculations for businesses, wrongful termination or death cases, co-mingled funds, personal injury analysis and economic damages.

The firm also announces five new promotions from manager to senior manager: Harris Cook (business tax), Ceakima Golden (healthcare advisory), Fran Gwaltney (business tax), Joe Hunsicker (risk advisory) and Blaire Parlo (high net worth individual tax).
