AGG Adds Atlanta Partner to Public Finance & Economic Development Team

Arnall Golden Gregory (AGG) is pleased to announce the arrival of Ansly P. Moyer as a partner in the firm’s Atlanta office. She brings more than 15 years of legal experience to the Corporate & Finance practice and the Public Finance & Economic Development industry team, where she represents development authorities and other local government entities, lenders, and other commercial entities related to the financing of major economic development projects.

Ansly focuses her practice on representing corporate, not-for-profit, and governmental clients in various roles on taxable and tax-exempt public finance transactions, including as issuer’s counsel, bond counsel, lender’s counsel, or company counsel. She also serves as general counsel to local governmental authorities and guides clients through complex financial and corporate contracts, including loan agreements, purchase agreements, credit and liquidity facilities, and incentive agreements.

Prior to joining AGG, Ansly practiced at several large Atlanta-based law firms with public finance and incentive practices.
 
Ansly earned her law degree from the University of Georgia School of Law and her undergraduate degree from Dartmouth College.
