Kimball International is pleased to announce Willi Candra’s promotion to Chief Digital and Information Officer. This is a newly created role on the company’s Executive Leadership Team and will report directly to CEO Kristie Juster.

“I am thrilled to have Willi as a business partner and to add his expertise to the Executive Leadership Team,” said Juster. “Digital technology plays a critical role in enabling Kimball International’s growth aspirations, optimizing our functions, and adopting key digital expertise into our business and organization.”

Candra’s new role will encompass leading the entire Kimball International Digital and Information Enterprise. His focus will be enabling and accelerating the company’s strategy through the integration of technology in partnership with his executive peers.

“We are excited about the opportunity to further modernize our systems, advance analytics capabilities, continue building cybersecurity expertise, and manage technology operations and support for Kimball International,” said Candra.

Candra joined the Company in 2020 as Vice President, IT and Digital Technologies. He has more than 24 years of experience in positions of increasing leadership responsibility. Candra is a proven digital leader with expertise in building IT capabilities and platforms including SAP, global ecommerce, emerging technologies, and digital transformations.

Candra resides in Atlanta and is based at Kimball International’s regional collaboration hub office in West Midtown. He frequently travels to the Company’s headquarters in Jasper, Indiana.
