Patrick Malloy Communities was awarded 11 highly coveted OBIE awards at the Greater Atlanta Home Builders Association’s 42nd Annual OBIE Awards presented by the Atlanta Sales and Marketing Council. The four Gold and seven Silver awards for its Soleil Belmont Park and Kyle Farm communities represent success in home building, clubhouse design and multiple marketing categories.
