Traton Homes Invites Public to Help Support Cobb Christmas
Friday, November 18th, 2022
Traton Homes is partnering with Cobb Christmas for the 17th year to ensure children in Cobb County enjoy a merry Christmas. The metro Atlanta home builder is collecting new, unwrapped toys now through Friday, December 9, 2022, for this worthwhile organization.
“Cobb County is our home, and this is a great way for us to rally our team, vendors and generous members of the local community to raise money and collect toys for this effort. It is easy, just drop off a new, unwrapped toy at our corporate office now through December 9,” says Kimberly Garwood, Director of Marketing for Traton Homes. “The goal is to stuff a Cobb County transit bus full of toys once again.”
Traton Homes uses funds collected to purchase hundreds of toys in addition to the ones donated. This year the builder is collecting new unwrapped toys at its corporate office in Marietta as well as model homes and sales centers throughout Cobb County.
New, unwrapped toys can be dropped off at the following locations:
Traton Homes corporate office, 720 Kennesaw Avenue, Marietta, Ga.
Haven at Stanley, 1600 Stanley Road NW, Kennesaw Ga. 30152
High Parc at Smyrna, 1799 Roswell Street, Smyrna Ga. 30080
Tapp Farm, 3625 Powder Springs Road SW, Powder Springs Ga. 30127
Since partnering with Cobb Christmas nearly 20 years ago, Traton Homes has collected and donated thousands of toys. Donations come from the company, as well as from employees, vendors and many caring members of the community.
Cobb Christmas is a non-profit, non-denominational organization that is dedicated to assisting low income and working poor families in Cobb County during the holiday season. With the help of hundreds of volunteers, three age-appropriate gifts are provided to each child.
