Cushman & Wakefield has arranged a 63,600-square-foot (sf) long-term lease extension and expansion on behalf of Sterling Seacrest Pritchard at 2500 Cumberland, an office building in the Northwest/Cumberland submarket of Atlanta. Sterling Seacrest Pritchard is one of the largest privately held independent insurance brokerages in the Southeastern U.S.

Cushman & Wakefield represented both the tenant and landlord in the lease negotiations. Annie Lewis, Jon Mayeske, and Clinton McKellar represented Sterling Seacrest Pritchard while John Zintak and Sonia Winfield represented property owner Noro Management.

“Cushman & Wakefield has played an integral role in the process of our company’s continued expansion,” said Sterling Seacrest Pritchard CEO Jim Bailey. “It is critical to our executive team that we provide our employees with a space that allows them to excel. Cushman & Wakefield recognized our vision and provided a solution that creates a thriving working environment.”

Located at 2500 Cumberland Pkwy SE, the office building spans six stories and totals 144,335 sf. Sterling Seacrest Pritchard will expand its presence to 63,600 sf at the building and operate its new headquarters out of the space. Through its expansion, the company will implement a new and collaborative workplace for their employees and will add their company logo to the top of the building. Property owner Noro Management will also be updating the building’s amenities to include a new conference facility, outdoor terrace, and a grab-and-go cafe.

Sterling Seacrest Pritchard’s expansion will provide enough space to accommodate the firm’s ongoing organic growth. Cushman & Wakefield was engaged to develop a strategy in response to the 2021 merger of Sterling Seacrest Partners, Inc. and Pritchard & Jerden, which brought both companies together as Sterling Seacrest Pritchard.

“Noro Management is thrilled to have Sterling Seacrest Pritchard commit to renew and expand at 2500 Cumberland,” said Noro Management President Andy Wildman. “We are grateful to the management and the employees of the firm as well as to the professionals at Cushman & Wakefield for facilitating the transaction.”
