Sterling Seacrest Pritchard’s Jenny Saint Preux Recognized as a Board Champion at the Atlanta Business Chronicle’s Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Awards

Sterling Seacrest Pritchard is pleased to announce that Organizational Manager of Talent and Development Jenny Saint Preux was recently recognized as a 2022 Board Champion at the annual Atlanta Business Chronicle’s Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Awards.
The Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Awards recognize individuals and organizations from the Atlanta area that are committed to fostering and uplifting diversity. Regarding the award, the publication specifically notes those selected as Board Champions are recognized as “individuals who serve on a board or boards and use their position to help drive diversity initiatives within the organization.”
With over a decade of experience in the insurance industry, Jenny has provided the vital component of business strategy to her clients through underwriting, sales, and risk management. As Jenny’s career evolved, her focus shifted to the internal aspects of professional development, advocacy, and talent management. Her experience in leading high performing teams in the execution of organizational objectives is key to her role within Sterling Seacrest Pritchard, one of the largest privately held insurance brokerage firms in the southeastern United States. Sterling Seacrest Pritchard has over 300 team members in six southeastern locations. Jenny’s role in leading professional development and continuing education provides a direct source to an ever-expanding, growth-committed team across multiple locations.

Jenny earned a degree in both Business Administration and Psychology from Florida A&M University and a Master of Business Administration in Finance from Strayer University. She is an active member of several civic organizations including the Atlanta Association of Insurance Professionals, The Atlanta Chapter of the National African Americans in Insurance Association where she serves as the Recording Secretary, the National Black MBA Association Atlanta Chapter, and the Association for Talent Development. She was selected as an Emerging Leader for NAAIA in 2019 and is currently serving on a team that is developing a mentorship program for middle career diverse talent.
Jenny’s passion for serving the community includes working with children, civil rights, social action, economic empowerment, education, human rights, environment, and poverty alleviation.
