The Chason Group has been retained by the Council for Quality Growth, Inc. in Atlanta, Georgia, to lead an executive search for a Director of Membership and Programs. The senior level position is a key member of the organization’s team.

The Council, now in its 38th year, supports a pro-growth, pro-business, attainable housing, and transportation agenda. The organization brings together a coalition of voices to promote policies that limit unnecessary regulation and burdensome laws so as to ensure continued quality of growth and economic success for the metro Atlanta region and state.

The Director of Membership and Programs reports to Michael Paris, President and CEO of the Council who has served in the role since late 2003. The Director is accountable for retaining and growing the membership base as well as organizing and implementing programs and events associated with the Council. The professional chosen to serve in the leadership position will focus on enhancing revenues through growing current members by directing a membership team, as well as directing programs' revenues and budgets. An incentive structure is in place to reward exceeding revenue goals.
