VIBE at Echo Street to Welcome First Residents in January

Lincoln Property Company today announces VIBE at Echo Street West, a forward-thinking 292-unit apartment community, will begin first resident move-ins in January 2023. With construction nearing completion at VIBE, the first phase of Echo Street West, including creative office space, retail and restaurant space, an events venue, artist colony and 3.4 acres of outdoor entertainment and greenspace, is on target to fully deliver in the summer of 2023. 

Pre-leasing for VIBE has begun with 20% of the units affordable at 80% area median income (AMI). The community features a mix of floor plans consisting of studios and one and two-bedroom units ranging in size from 455 to 1,634 square feet. On the street level of the five-floor building will be 25,000 square feet of retail, including outdoor dining and vibrant storefronts fronting Echo Street and the Atlanta BeltLine Westside Connector Trail. Echo Street West is already home to Guardian Works, an adaptive reuse event venue, Guardian Studios, a former factory warehouse turned artist community, and Westside Motor Lounge, a new indoor-outdoor entertainment venue. The four-story, 300,000-square-foot office building at Echo Street West, 765 Echo, is also on track for completion this spring.

With direct access to the Westside Connector Trail, residents at VIBE will be within walking and biking distance to some of the most popular destinations in Atlanta, such as Westside Park, Terminal West, Westside Provisions District and Mercedes-Benz Stadium. VIBE also has numerous entries and exits as part of Echo Street West’s “no front door” concept, integrating the resident experience with the rest of the village’s retail, restaurant, entertainment and greenspace amenities. 

Additionally, residents will enjoy rooftop decks and balconies with views of the BeltLine, wine fridges and a modern pool with cabanas. Future residents will have access to unique amenities that elevate their living experience, such as a bicycle storage area with repair shop that can accommodate up to 100 bikes, a podcast studio, maker’s room, pet spa, outdoor courtyard for open-air workouts, a fully-equipped fitness center and 4,000 square feet of rooftop space.
