RX Health and Science Trust Engages Transwestern to lease 178,000 SF Medical Office Campus

Transwestern Real Estate Services (TRS) announces it has been engaged to lease Union Park, a 178,000-square-foot, four-building medical office campus at 5881-5887 Glenridge Drive NE in Atlanta. Transwestern Senior Managing Directors Steve Hall and John V. Lopez and Senior Associate Bo Stuart will lead leasing efforts on behalf of RX Health and Science Trust, which purchased the asset last month. RX Health and Science Trust is a national real estate platform focused on the acquisition, development and renovation of medical offices and other outpatient medical facilities.
Union Park is located within the Central Perimeter submarket, less than a mile from I-285 and GA-400, and less than 2 miles from “Pill Hill,” Atlanta’s preeminent healthcare cluster with Northside Hospital, Children’s Healthcare of Atlanta and Emory Saint Joseph’s Hospital. Access to Perimeter Mall and surrounding restaurants and retail is a short drive away.
