Lincoln Property Company Southeast (Lincoln) has been awarded the leasing assignment for Park Summit, an 86,201-square-foot office building in Duluth, Georgia. Lincoln Vice President Matt Fergus and Vice President Seabie Hickson will oversee leasing on behalf of the owner, Highgate Partners

Park Summit is located at 2675 Breckinridge Boulevard in Duluth, directly off of I-85 and Highway 316. Highgate Partners recently renovated the property’s lobby and restrooms, offering clean, modernized upgrades for tenants and visitors. The five-floor building also offers 305 parking spaces and access to a number of nearby dining, shopping and entertainment amenities, including Sugarloaf Mills and the popular Gas South District just three miles away.

The top floor of Park Summit is currently vacant and offers sweeping views of the surrounding neighborhoods. The space also boasts private balconies on each side of the floor for tenants to use. 

In Q2 of this year, the Northeast Atlanta submarket saw one of the lowest vacancy rates out of all other submarkets in Metro Atlanta at a rate of 16.2%. There is currently 35,580 square feet of development under construction in Northeast Atlanta as well, and it continues to perform as one of the top areas for office leasing growth in the market.
